Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, your order may already be in processing, and we may not be able to make changes. If your order is successfully canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your order to prevent damage during shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

  • A clear photo of the damaged item
  • Your order number or proof of purchase

We will review your request and, if eligible, send a replacement at no cost to you. Please note that minor shipping-related packaging damage (e.g., dented boxes) does not qualify as a damaged item if the product itself is intact.

We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for products that are damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care.
