At AMSONIQ, we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders! We strive to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and what to do in case of delays or issues.
Order Processing Times
Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing and dispatch. Your order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to the shipping carrier and is on its way to your address.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days due to increased order volume.
Estimated Shipping Times
The estimated delivery time depends on your location and begins after your order has been dispatched. Please see the estimated shipping times below:

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to order processing delays or cancellations.
- If we detect an issue with your shipping address, our support team will email you within 3 business days to verify your details. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
- If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at contact@amsoniq.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications after this timeframe.
Delayed Delivery
We know how important it is to receive your order on time, and we work hard to ensure timely deliveries. However, please understand that some delays are beyond our control, including:

✅ High order volumes during holidays or peak seasons
✅ Address verification problems or payment processing delays

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped, AMSONIQ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
1️⃣ Check with your neighbors, building management, or mailroom in case it was delivered to the wrong location.
2️⃣ Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Most carriers have a process for investigating lost or stolen packages.
3️⃣ Email us at contact@amsoniq.com, and we will do our best to assist you. While we cannot guarantee a refund for lost or stolen packages, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
⚠️ In some cases, the courier may be able to locate and recover your package. If not, we recommend filing a police report for stolen mail.
